Working with Daniel Krasner...
…in the decision process and follow through was extremely helpful to us in determining what the best case scenario was for our child. He was quick to offer his guidance and meet with her immediately to better ascertain the right program. Daniel not only offered her his opinions but after their meeting, he used his thorough knowledge of the many programs in the country and was able to suggest the best options for her. In talking to Daniel, our child realized that he was there to help and she listened and was willing to follow through on his suggestions.
Daniel continued to offer his support and knowledge throughout her treatment and was very thorough in following up on her and talking to the various therapists in the program our daughter attended. He met with us in person and provided reassuring information regarding her treatment. He was in constant communication with us and we appreciated his honesty and direct approach to our situation. Daniel also continued to follow up and be involved in after care, which was extremely helpful to us as parents.
Daniel’s incredible knowledge of the various programs offered in the country, his honest feedback and his ability to connect with both parents and child (whether teen or young adult) have given me much confidence in recommending him to families in need. I would never hesitate to call him for anything we may need and am grateful for what he did and does of us even now.
In February of 2015...
…our family was struggling to figure out what to do to help our son who was in trouble. His alcohol and drug addition were spiraling out of control. While we all knew he had “issues” with drugs and alcohol, no one knew what action to take. We all were afraid of over reacting or that what he was doing was just typical college kid behavior.
I found Daniel through a family therapist and he was truly a lifesaver for our family. Daniel met with us and allowed us to lay out the situation of our son’s circumstances. With compassion, but a strong sense of urgency, Daniel told us he needed help and he needed it now. Outpatient would not be an option. He advised us to hold an intervention and do it soon. It was a hard thing to hear but within 24 hours we decided it was the right way to go. That is where Daniel’s services became indispensible to our son’s recovery.
Daniel guided us through the entire process. From when it was to take place, to who we needed to involve to what the format would be and how we would prepare. Unlike what I had seen on T.V., interventions that work are well rehearsed, appropriately timed and crisply executed. Daniel made sure all this happened.
In addition to helping us through the process of an intervention, Daniel quickly came up to speed on who or son was and what led to his abusive behavior. Daniel used this knowledge to help match our son to the best place to go and receive primary care recovery treatment. Daniel has stayed in touch with our family and our son over the last year. I am happy to say that everything is going well and our son continues to work towards a successful, long-term recovery.
The intervention that Daniel helped us through would not have been possible without his understanding, guidance and expertise in conducting. I really believe it helped save our son’s life. I can’t recommend Daniel’s services strongly enough!
We’ve met Daniel at one of the darkest days...
…in our life, when our loved one suffered from severe psychotic episode. We were lost and exhausted when we reached out to Daniel.
Daniel provided us with multiple options that suited our situation and explained pros and cons for each one. He guided us through the process gently but firmly and assisted with medical, insurance and legal aspects of intervention using his diverse professional network. He provided us with an emotional support and stayed in touch with our family far beyond of the contract term.
Daniel assisted us with transition from inpatient to outpatient program and recommended a wonderful psychologist in Atlanta.
We can’t thank him enough for all he had done for us.
